Returns Policy

What items can be returned?

If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase for reasons of wrong size, a fault, or item not as described, please email us for return approval and uploading of photos (if item damage) , return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of delivery of your order.  We will be happy to offer you a refund or store credit.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information (name and order number) inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original bag. Items should be posted within 3 business days after approval.

*Please contact us in the first instance at thebohobirdy@gmail.com, we will not tolerate abusive social media posts and reserve the right to refuse store credit on this basis. 

What items can't be returned?  

Swimwear, headwear and jewellery for hygiene reasons.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

 

Our policy lasts 10 days after purchase has been received. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase received no refund will be offered

We do not accept returns for change of mind (ie colour), accessories or final sale purchases. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and ask your preferred refund option - PayPal, Bank deposit or store credit. Refunds will be process within 3 days of receiving your item back.

WEDDING DRESSES, FORMAL WEAR, BRIDESMAID DRESSES

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this I'm mind. However it is important to not that our dresses are made to order and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

Change of mind - we allow 48 hours for you to make changes to your order or for cancellation. After this time we cannot cancel or change the order at all as the dress will be in creation.

Refunds - Email us within 7 days of receiving your item. You should let us the know the explanation and photographs for the reason of return. 

Once your return is approved we will process your refund within 3 days. Shipping cost to return to us will be at the buyers cost.
