Returns Policy

​

If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase for reasons of a fault, or item not as described, please email us for return approval and uploading of photos , return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery of your order.  We will be happy to offer you a refund or store credit. Please do not return to address on parcel, we will supply return address. Parcels delivered to the address on package will defer refund by a considerable amount of time.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original bag. Items should be posted within 3 business days after approval.

*Please contact us in the first instance at thebohobirdyreturns@gmail.com, we will not tolerate abusive social media posts and reserve the right to refuse refunds on this basis. Please don't panic it may take us a few days to answer your email but we will get back to you.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Postage costs are non refundable

 

Our policy lasts 14 days after purchase has been received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase received no refund will be offered

We do not accept returns for change of mind (ie colour), accessories, swimwear or final sale purchases. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and ask your preferred refund option - PayPal, Bank deposit or store credit. Refunds will be process within 10 days of receiving your item back.

PURCHASE OF MULTIPLE WEDDING DRESSES

 

Can't decide between dresses? We allow a maximum of two wedding dresses to be purchased with the intent to return one dress for refund. Purchases of over two dresses are classified as wholesale orders which we do not allow returns on, we will only accept one dress for refund. Exchanges for different sizes are allowed. You can view our wholesale order information here. All dresses returned must be in the same condition as received with tags attached and returned within 14 days of your order being received.  All dresses are made to order, ordering multiple wedding dresses to plan on returning more than one is wasting our suppliers time and material costs. You will be charged a 50% service fee on each dress if you return multiple dresses from one order.
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, swimwear and underwear due to hygiene regulations.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

  • We can cancel and refund orders within the first 48 hours. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation cannot be cancelled or adjusted. â€‹

WEDDING DRESSES, FORMAL WEAR, BRIDESMAID DRESSES

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this I'm mind. However it is important to note that our dresses are made to order and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. ​

CUSTOM MADE DRESSES AND SIZING

If you have your dress modified we can't unfortunately offer refunds, we can however offer store credit after the dress is returned. Custom colours and significant different sizing to standard sizing can also not be refunded.

Change of mind - we allow 48 hours for you to make changes to your order or for cancellation. After this time we cannot cancel or change the order at all as the dress will be in creation.

Refunds - Email us within 14 days of receiving your item. You should let us the know the explanation and photographs (if damaged) for the reason of return.

Please double check your address when ordering, we are not responsible for incorrect deliveries (unless it was our error) We are not responsible for lost packages but will work with you and the delivery company to help you find them.
