Unfortunately our suppliers do not send to certain countries. However we are still happy to send your items, we just need to get them sent to us in Australia first and then we will forward them onto you. This is why we have an extra charge for these countries and there will be a 2-3 week extra postage time.

We source worldwide for our products, please keep in mind most of our suppliers are overseas and delivery will take longer.
We have multiple suppliers for our products and if you order multiple products items may arrive separately. Tracking numbers will be provided for each item

Shipping directly saves having a warehouse, further staff, double handling and postage costs which would all get passed onto the customer. Saving double packaging and freight also contributes to a cleaner environment.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours and processing has begun.

Shipping time: Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and formal dresses are made to order which will take 3-5 weeks to create. Postage is around 2-3 weeks Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks when ordering these dresses. Express shipping is approx 1 week after the dress is ready.

All other items should be delivered within 14 days unless there are unexpected delays through the postage company that are out of our control.

Occasionally there is a delay with postage which is out of our control but you can always check the tracking number to view updates through the link provided.
BRIDAL AND BRIDESMAID DRESSES INFO
All wedding, formal and bridesmaid dresses are made when purchased and take approx 2-5 weeks to make. Most dresses are available in Sizes US2-22. For custom colour and custom sizes info please click here
Please order in plenty of time for your occasion. (At least 8 weeks before needed)
Express shipping can be purchased for wedding, bridesmaid and formal wear. Please note it will still take 2-3 weeks to create the dress, postage is through DHL or UPS or FedEx and will take approx a week once sent.
